• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans • Monitor financial performance and analyze variances • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies • Manage cash flow, expenses, and financial risks • Supervise and support accounting and finance staff • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors • Provide financial advice to management to support business growth
