Bachelor Degree on business or equivalent -
Driving license -
Negotiation and sales skills-
Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the Arabic and English language -
Good organizational skills, Attention to detail-

Able to handle a large volume of meetings, telephone calls in an efficient -
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, emails-
Food and Beverage knowledge is a plus -
Work well under pressure and being a team player -
Detail oriented, well developed organizational skills and a strategic thinker -
Working knowledge and real-world experience in planning, managing and executing social media initiatives-
Ability of Business development for the targeted corporate segments -

Summary of Job duties and job description include but are not limited to:
Previous experience and familiar with all aspects of sales of corporate banquet hall
Daily outdoor meetings and approaching corporate customers
Receive and respond to incoming corporate enquiries
Manage and respond to walk in corporate customers
Receive and respond to email/online corporate enquires
Prepare accurate written correspondence including proposals, offers, official letters, contracts, reports, banquet orders
Achieve the monthly target
Corporate event lead generation
Weekly/monthly reports
Arrange with catering, photography, decoration, events facilities and hall setup with concern departments/companies
Follow up collections and related reservation payments
