مهام الوظيفة

1.Prepare “inspection & test plan” (ITP) for specific project / company requirements / surface preparation and
painting / coating procedure.
2. Responsible for incoming coating / painting material inspection and has to ensure whether these materials
suit to meets the requirements of project specifications.
3. Keeping record of the batches detailing name of manufactures type of material, batch number, and date of
manufacture and shelf life of the material.
4. Monitor weather condition for surface preparation and painting / coating application.
5. Conducting the visual and other necessary inspections of the material after surface preparations.
6. Ensuring that all the equipment used for QC inspection are calibrated.
7. To check and monitor all painting / coating related works and ensure all final products meet in accordance
with company procedure, client requirement and international codes.
8. Preparation NCR for the coating not complying with the specifications and discussing with QC Manager
for the correction and corrective action to be taken.
9. Inspection of pinhole / holiday test, Witnessing of adhesion test and curing test.
10. Visual inspection of finished product.
11. Responsible for all kinds of necessary inspection and documentations related with quality control
processes. Raise RFI to Clients for Final Inspection.
