Experience and skills required for the job

•	Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
•	Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or a related role.
•	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•	Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•	Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business software tools.
•	Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
•	Attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach to work.

Job duties

•	Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring business projects and initiatives.
•	Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
•	Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
•	Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and support organizational goals.
•	Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
•	Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking activities.
•	Maintain organized records, databases, and project files.
•	Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
