Experience and skills required for the job

•	Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
•	Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including senior management or executive-level responsibilities.
•	Strong strategic planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
•	Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
•	Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and oversee complex operations.
•	Proven track record of driving organizational growth, managing change, and delivering results.
•	Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Job duties

•	Develop and execute strategic plans to support the organization’s mission and long-term vision.
•	Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high performance across all departments.
•	Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
•	Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, board members, and key stakeholders.
•	Monitor organizational performance and implement improvements across programs, services, and internal processes.
•	Develop policies, procedures, and frameworks that guide organizational growth.
•	Provide leadership to senior management and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork.
•	Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and external engagements.
•	Oversee major projects, contracts, and strategic initiatives.
•	Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
