Job duties
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals. • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staffing processes to ensure timely and effective hiring. • Manage performance appraisal systems and support department managers in employee evaluations. • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally and fairly. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. • Oversee payroll accuracy, compensation structure, and benefits administration. • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. • Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, employee satisfaction) and prepare regular reports. • Support organizational development activities such as succession planning, workforce planning, and change management. • Promote a positive work environment and strengthen company culture. • Mentor and supervise HR staff to enhance departmental performance and service quality.
