Job duties
Business Growth & Strategy • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and sectors. • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and client needs. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal development and deal closure. • Deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients. • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through continuous engagement and value delivery. Partnership & Networking • Establish partnerships with industry leaders, trade associations, and potential collaborators. • Attend networking events, conferences, and seminars to promote the firm’s services. Collaboration & Delivery Support • Work closely with consulting, marketing, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment on client expectations. • Support solution design and pricing strategies to ensure proposals are commercially viable. Reporting & Performance Management • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and client interactions using CRM systems. • Prepare regular reports on business development performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
