Job duties

Responsible for leading the development and implementation of a vision and strategy Leads both franchise and company restaurants to grow sales, customer counts, margins.


Builds market share within the company, by achieving franchise and company sales and customer count growth, both directly and through the effective management of operation managers.

To achieve through attainment of operational excellence, brand protection, regular and appropriate facility reinvestment, implementation of new products, and execution of marketing strategies.

Leads, plans, and implements system-wide projects which, positively affects change at all levels of field and restaurant operations.
