- At least 3 years experience in compensation & benefits, organizational development, and recruitment
- MUST be advanced in English

Job duties

- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
