Experience and skills required for the job

• A+ Certificate is a plus
• Training on windows operating system environment and MS desktop products
• Experience in networking domain environment and business applications and general knowledge in servers hardware & Software
• Good Communication Skills
• Good English Language
•  Minimum of 4 years' experience in the same field
•  Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 
•  Saudi Nationality (Male)

Job duties

Tasks:  
• Operate and maintain the systems by ensuring proper backup and periodic maintenance
• Deploy new desktop PCs and maintain old ones.
• Fix, diagnose or isolate problems with network, PCs, terminals and all peripherals.
• Initiate and follow-up on orders for computer parts needed for maintenance.
• Assist users with proper operations of computers, equipment and software systems.
• Train and advise users in general usage and operation of computer equipment.
