Experience and skills required for the job

- University degree in the field of computer science or technical engineering
- Minimum 10+ years experience in IT
- Exposure to the insurance industry

Job duties

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the purpose of the role is to develop and sustain a market leading position within KSA.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop the medium to longer term (5 year strategic plan) strategy across KSA gaining agreement to the strategy at CEO, ExCom and INM levels.
- Promote IT cost efficiency and effectiveness perceived by our customers by aligning and optimizing the IT organization, processes, technology and partnerships.
- Lead the IT infrastructure and maintain levels of IT Security expected by adequately protecting information, systems and data to safeguard customers and company brand
- Lead and develop staff across the IT Service and Solution function. The role will take direct responsibility for the leadership of several senior direct reports taking responsibility for all aspects of performance and development.
